I want to take a few moments to express my deep gratitude and appreciation for all you did for my mother in the two years that she lived with you.
It was with great trepidation that I had to make the choice to move my mother into a Board and Care facility, and feel SO fortunate that I found you through a friend who had moved HER mother to your facility.

I found both you and Cleo to be caring and understanding with each and every one of your residents, and you made family members feel so welcome at any time. I had every confidence in both of you, and would never hesitate to recommend Encino Retirement Home to anyone in need of a Board & Care facility. I am sure without a doubt that you are the BEST in the valley, having had my mother in another one before yours, and therefore being able to compare. Your residents are kept a close eye on, with every need being anticipated and met, be it from "toileting" to special foods.

I relish the memories of having coffee and snacks with Mom at 3:00 the one day a week that I was not working and could get there. I also will never forget the warm family Seders and other holiday dinners that you prepared not only for your residents, but for their families as well, so that we could spend the holidays with our loved ones, which in some cases would not be possible otherwise.
